Upon examination I find the plan of the boundary road round Magazine Point, sanctioned by the Secretary of State, Colonial Office, in Despatch, No. 155, of 18th December last to be quite correct.
2. It is however, to be regretted, in reopening this Correspondence, that the plan of the Entire road was not transmitted home by the Military Authorities.
